ORDER PROCESSING
Sublimated Sports Uniforms makes every attempt to process orders the same day they are received. Orders for merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday. Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.  Order paid by check are held until confirmation that the fund have been received by our bank.  This can take 4-5 days and will delay your order.  There is a $35.00 returned check charge.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All of the products supplied by Sublimated Sports Uniforms are one-of-a-kind items custom created especially for you. We do not accept returns for custom uniforms.  

Sublimated Sports Uniforms does not accept returns for size or color related issues unless the uniforms is manufactured +/- more than 4% from the specified size listed on our size chart.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S):
Please contact our Customer Service team at 602.326.4290 or email us at info@sublimatedsportuniform.net within 7 days of receiving your order so we may assist you. Photo verification is required and can be sent by email to info@sublimatedsportsuniforms.net.  and SSU reserves the right to request the garment be returned for evaluation by SSU before a replacement is provided.  Customers are responsible for return shipping of the garment to SSU.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Changes to orders must be made by 7:00 pm MST the same day an order is placed. Orders placed on a holiday can be changed or canceled up until 7:00 am MST the following business day by calling our Customer Service team at 602.326.4290 or emailing customer service at info@sublimatedsportsuniforms.net.  

Changes or cancellations on bulk orders are only accepted before 7 pm MST on the same day the order is placed.

REFUNDS
SSU does not offer a refund on custom manufactured garments.

SHIPPING POLICY

Sublimated Sports Uniforms does not provide free shipping on our garments.  Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. SSU estimated charges at the time of order.  If the charges are +/- more than the shipment charge and a processing and handling fee of $5.00 a supplement charge or credit will be issued.
